-
Tournament Site Coordinators: One or two Board members appointed by the full Board will research possible sites for the WSWGA Annual Tournaments.
A letter or phone call should be made to the PGA Professional in cities across Wyoming who might be interested in hosting our group; who ideally would
have a member of their Club who has played in at least one WSWGA tournament and would be willing to be the Tournament Director; and whose Club has a
group of women golfers who could form a tournament committee. Additional requirements would be a Wyoming city that has adequate hotel accommodations,
facilities for meals and carts available for 80-100 participants. If there is an interest, the Club Pro would submit an invitation to the WSWGA,
including the green fees and cart fees for the three day tournament dates. That invitation would then be presented to the full Board of Directors at
their annual meeting.
- The Board shall review these standing rules each year and make appropriate changes pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Association's By-Laws.
